If you are a broker, bank, or other nominee that purchased or otherwise acquired any State Street common stock from October 17, 2006 through October 21, 2009, inclusive, for the beneficial interest of persons or organizations other than yourself, within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the Settlement Notice you must either:
- Request from the Claims Administrator sufficient copies of the Settlement Notice and Claim Form (“Notice Packet”) and, within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of those copies, forward the Notice Packet to all such beneficial owners; or
- Provide the Claims Administrator with a list of the names and last known addresses of beneficial owners described above.
If you are providing a list of names and addresses to the Claims Administrator:
- Compile a list of names and addresses of the beneficial owners that purchased or otherwise acquired State Street common stock from October 17, 2006 through October 21, 2009, inclusive.

Request the needed number of copies of the Notice Packet via email to email@example.com. You must mail the Notice Packets to the beneficial owners within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the Notice Packets.
